Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., wants to determine the views of prospective energy secretary nominee Ernest Moniz about the cleanup of the Hanford nuclear site in Washington state. Moniz served in the Clinton administration as undersecretary of energy. "He ... had a fair amount of involvement with respect to Hanford when he served in the government earlier, and we had some spirited discussions, let's put it that way," Wyden said.
