Study reveals factors of a successful wellness program

A study conducted by the Massachusetts Business Roundtable analyzed the wellness programs of eight businesses and determined the different factors that contributed to their success –- careful planning, progress measurement and respect for the company's culture. The study also showed that a well-executed wellness program can effectively save $7 for every dollar invested.
