House jobs bill passes; Senate will debate next

The House passed a $15 billion jobs bill designed to boost employment through payroll-tax breaks for businesses. Critics say it won't make a difference. "Any company that can't afford to hire today still won't be able to hire if this bill becomes law. Calling this a 'jobs' bill is pure fraud," said Rep. Tom Price, R-Ga. A Senate version of the bill will be voted on next week.
