Dual immersion education is an adjustment for parents, too

Most dual immersion schools in California start in kindergarten with classes taught 90% in a foreign language. For English speaking students, it presents a significant challenge. The arrangement also poses difficulties for nonbilingual parents trying to help their students with class assignments. Advocates for the method say it is worth it.
