Employers need to amend FMLA forms

The Labor Department hasn't made many significant changes to Family and Medical Leave Act forms other than change the expiration dates, Christian Schappel writes. Employers will need to amend the forms to include information required by the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act and by military-family leave amendments, he writes.
