Feds say agents and brokers will have role in exchanges

In draft guidance for insurers, the Centers for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight indicated its desire to ensure exchanges work with agents and brokers. Insurers' deals with exchanges must address requirements for marketing materials to be used by agents, brokers and the insurer. Comments regarding the guidance must be submitted by March 15.
