Increasing value of GA fleet: Rebuild, Restore, Re-equip

Tom Bliss led seminars at AOPA's most recent annual summit promoting what he calls his "3Rs" idea: Rebuild, Restore, Re-equip. It is part of an effort to increase the value of the general aviation fleet. In many cases, the price of remanufactured aircraft is around 50% to 60% of new, increasing perceived value at a lower cost.
