Polycaprolactone injections can smooth nasolabial folds

Polycaprolactone gel injections smoothed nasolabial folds better than hyaluronic acid injections in a 40-patient, single-center trial, researchers report. Polycaprolactone microspheres in a glycerin-water gel matrix may stimulate collagen production. Researchers used less polycaprolactone than hyaluronic acid to achieve desired results in the split-face study.
