United holds connecting flight for passenger to visit dying mom

United Airlines held a connecting flight from Houston to Lubbock, Texas, for passenger Kerry Drake to visit his dying mother. "Had I missed my flight to Lubbock, I would not have been able to tell my mom goodbye," said Drake, who was traveling from San Francisco.
