AmerisourceBergen agrees to pay $520 million for World Courier

AmerisourceBergen has finalized a deal worth $520 million to buy World Courier, a provider of transportation, storage and distribution services for the biopharmaceutical industry. The acquisition will help AmerisourceBergen start building relationships with clients that are testing new drugs, AmerisourceBergen CEO Steven H. Collis said.
