CFPB moves quickly with complaint-collection efforts

After inviting credit card and mortgage complaints last year, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in the last week has begun accepting complaints related to deposit accounts and student loans. Also last week, the CFPB quietly started testing to accept complaints regarding auto loans and other consumer loans. Experts note the speed with which the bureau is unrolling its efforts and the technology enabling its work.
