Members look to clubs for more than golf

For golf course operators, "there is no single, silver-bullet solution for growing the game," writes Club & Resort Business President Dan Ramella. But clubs that add programs and options to take members' experience beyond the green are coming out on top. "Golf remains king at private clubs, but those that appeal to members with additional amenities are attracting young families and retaining more of their existing member base," Ramella writes.
