Mo. bill would prevent subdivisions from outlawing political signs

A bill proposed by Missouri state Rep. Kurt Bahr would prevent homeowners associations from banning political signs in residents' yards. Bahr says the subdivisions are infringing on constitutional rights, and, with this year's elections, homeowners should be able to publicly support their preferred candidates.
