Real estate firm takes advantage of mobile's GPS function

Following on the heels of its newly mobile-optimized website, the Corcoran Group of New York is extending its digital campaign to mobile with ads on The New York Times' mobile application. "Advertising specific properties on mobile platforms allows us to take advantage of the GPS capabilities of those devices in ways that are more powerful than desktop computers," said Matthew Shadbolt, Corcoran's director of interactive product and marketing.
