Redeeming rewards points is a hassle, survey says

The concept of earning reward miles is a positive for many fliers, but when it comes to redeeming them it can be quite a hassle, a Globe and Mail survey shows. According to the survey of 150 readers, 71% say they would not pay for more frequent flier points. Yet 27% say they would pay extra to pre-select their seat on a plane.
