Review: 2 types of approved drugs for RLS offer symptom relief

An analysis of data from 29 studies found that dopamine agonists and calcium channel alpha-2-delta ligands helped relieve symptoms in more than 60% of patients with restless legs syndrome. Patients who took dopamine agonists also reported better sleep and quality of life. The study appeared online in JAMA Internal Medicine.
