Commentary: Biggest source of U.S. ethanol has no statewide mandate

It is ironic that Iowa, the biggest ethanol-producing state in the U.S., does not have a statewide ethanol mandate, according to Robert Bryce in this column. Iowa lawmakers recently voted down a bill that called for all gasoline sold in the state for highway use to have at least 10% ethanol.
