Cessna Corvalis TTx makes first flight

Cessna Aircraft is calling its new Corvalis TTx "the world's fastest fixed-gear, single-engine piston aircraft in production." During the aircraft's first production flight on March 2 in Independence, Kan., it reached a speed of 213 kts and an altitude of 17,000 feet.
