Experts say exercise myths persist until people see results

Fitness experts say it is not always easy to separate fact from fiction in exercise science but people get a better understanding when they see results from their workouts. Two common myths are that women who lift weights will build big muscles and that low-intensity exercises burn more calories than intense workouts.
