Marketing research is rapidly changing in Asia to take into account the fact that consumers in the region are spending so much of their time on their mobile devices, writes Ray Poynter. Asia is a world leader in this migration to mobile, and passive data gathering is seen as key to generating better consumer surveys and results. Better data, in turn, will lead to better mobile marketing, he writes.
