Office of Naval Research releases anti-PTSD app for field testing

The Office of Naval Research and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency are partnering in the development of the Stress Resilience Training System, an application aimed at helping to prevent PTSD. The iPad app is a training tool that uses game play and biofeedback to help military personnel recognize signs of stress and build up resistance to it. The app will undergo field testing in San Diego next month.
