Oracle, Adobe advance the business of social enterprise

Oracle and Adobe Systems are each enhancing their social-enterprise efforts, writes Laurie Sullivan. Oracle's Social Relationship Management is part of a unified platform called a "data lifecycle management framework" that allows multiple people to see multiple data points simultaneously. Adobe's Marketing Cloud interface supports collaboration when using an integrated suite of tools that include analytics, targeting, social and optimization. Adobe plans to add collaborative asset management and campaign-creation tools as well, Sullivan writes.
