Cook refers to "post-PC" era in sale of 172 million devices

Apple CEO Tim Cook pointed to the "post-PC revolution," noting Wednesday that the 172 million devices fitting that description sold by Apple last year accounted for 76% of the company's revenue. He noted that at 15.4 million units, the iPad outsold PCs made by Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Lenovo and Acer in the fourth quarter.
