Gov. Cuomo earmarks $25 million for N.Y. broadband projects

The state of New York will invest $25 million in connecting 153,000 more households to high-speed broadband networks, Gov. Andrew Cuomo says. Cuomo issued a statement saying the projects receiving the grants "represent the very best proposals with the most potential to benefit statewide economic and community development efforts."
