Study shows mental benefits of exercise and diet

Eating well and getting regular exercise can improve the mind as well as the body, research indicates. The study divided participants into a group that changed diet, one that improved diet and exercise, and one that made no changes, and found a 30% improvement in mental function in the diet-and-exercise group.
