Fruits, vegetables aid healthy skin color, study says

Eating more fruits and vegetables can improve skin color and make people appear healthier and more attractive, University of St. Andrews researchers reported in the journal PLoS ONE. Dietitian Samantha Heller at Griffin Hospital in Derby, Conn., said fruits and vegetables are high in plant compounds that fight disease and keep skin healthy.
