Whole Foods rejects bid to split chairman, CEO roles

Whole Foods Market shareholders on Monday voted against a proposal to split the roles of chairman and chief executive. The shareholders also voted to re-elect Chairman and CEO John P. Mackey and five others to the company's board of directors.
