When CareerBuilder's Super Bowl ad, featuring underwear-clad workers on casual Friday, ran back to back with Dockers' pants-less men, both marketers felt CBS' placement had made their ads less effective. CareerBuilder is in talks with CBS about restitution, while the network has reportedly given Dockers three spots during the men's NCAA basketball tournament.
