Colo. students compete in healthy cooking competition

The Boulder Valley, Colo., school district's fourth annual "Iron Chef" cooking challenge is bringing elementary- and middle-school students together to create and prepare healthy meals -- competing for prizes plus the opportunity to have their dishes included in school menus. Meals must meet U.S. Department of Agriculture school-meal nutrition standards and cost $1.20 per plate to prepare.
