Lobsters leads growing demand for Canadian seafood

Canada's seafood industry exports hit $4.1 billion in 2012, $41 million more than the previous year, with lobster proving the most lucrative, according to the federal Fisheries Department. The U.S. topped the list of more than 100 countries that imported Canadian seafood, and China and Europe were major markets.
