Costs are not only gauge of wellness plans, experts say

Health care costs are not the only way to gauge the success of employee wellness programs, Thomas Parry of the Integrated Benefits Institute told an industry conference. He and other experts said while health costs are important, other factors, such as chronic conditions and productivity, also play a role.
