Indian state wants to create innovative "pharmaceutical parks"

The Indian state of Karnataka has announced a policy of encouraging development of new pharmaceutical parks as sources of research and innovation -- and locating them outside its major city of Bangalore. The state development corporation could provide as much as 26% in government funding to encourage private investment.
