International e-commerce player FiftyOne may go public

FiftyOne has reportedly hired Morgan Stanley and Barclays to take the company public in an offering that could happen later this year. The firm works with retailers including Ann Taylor, J.Crew and Neiman Marcus to manage services related to international e-commerce.
