Grass-fed cows make more nutritious meat, study finds

A study in Nutrition Journal found that grass-fed beef contained less unhealthy fat and dietary cholesterol than grain-fed beef as well as higher levels of omega-3s, vitamins and other nutrients. However, experts are unsure of whether the nutritional differences in the two types of beef have any meaningful impact on human health.
