Travel agents should come up with catchy labels to describe their profession that will both clarify their brand image and attract target clients, writes Stacy Small, president of Elite Travel International. This could also help destroy negative perceptions of the industry, Small writes. "It all comes down to the idea that no matter what your profession, you need to come up with a creative way to position yourself or you will turn off potential clients," Small writes.
