New payment services help grow online retail in Mexico

Consumers in Mexico have been slower to embrace online shopping, largely because many don't have credit cards. Banks and vendors including PayPal Mexico have been launching new payment services to boost e-commerce, and one report predicts a 20.7% growth rate for business-to-consumer e-commerce in Mexico between 2010 and 2015.
