AAFP launches 2nd year of childhood obesity program grants

The AAFP's Americans In Motion-Healthy Interventions program is accepting applications from family medicine residency programs for grants of $10,000 to $30,000 to create a one-year community childhood obesity and fitness program. The second round of the initiative is focused on monitoring clinical and behavioral outcomes to measure a program's success, so some first-round grant recipients will be included.
