Luxury hotel manager Heinrich Morio of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai sets the service apart with individual touches such as assigning a butler to walk around the hotel breaking in a pair of new shoes for a guest with sore feet, this feature says. Attention to detail on that level is made possible by the hotel's high ratio of staffers per suite. "Luxury is defined by the amount of time our colleagues can spend with our guests," said Morio.
