Companies attempt to invalidate NLRB decisions

Several companies, as they attempt to challenge the National Labor Relations Board's rulings, have cited an appeals court decision that found President Barack Obama's appointments to the board were unconstitutional. The large number of challenges related to the court's decision is causing delays for the NLRB, according to Lafe Solomon, acting general counsel for the agency.
