Dove campaign comes clean on male stereotypes

Unilever has launched a "Real Moments" campaign for its Dove Men+Care line that shows ESPN analyst Jay Bilas and Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat in real moments with their children. "We hear from 73% of men that they're falsely or inaccurately depicted in advertising," said Rob Candelino, skin-care marketing vice president at Unilever, who said most ads depict men as inept fathers, alpha males in sports cars or men trying to woo women.
