Railroads slated to expand share of Canadian oil market

Rail shipments of crude oil from Canada are expected to double this year as pipeline capacity remains constrained. The price of Canadian crude has fallen and Gulf Coast refiners are anxious to get it to their refineries. "We want it on the Gulf Coast as soon as possible," said Bill Day, a spokesman for Valero Energy.
