ST offers 130nm process in cooperation with CMP

STMicroelectronics' H9A complementary metal-oxide semiconductor process, which can make chips with 130-nanometer features, is now available for prototyping by IC design firms, research labs and universities through the silicon brokerage services of Circuits Multi Projets. ST will provide the small-batch foundry service at its wafer fabrication plant in Rousset, France.
