DuPont Danisco to break ground on Iowa cellulosic plant this year

DuPont Danisco Cellulosic Ethanol is planning to break ground on its plant in Nevada, Iowa, later this year, said DDCE Global Business Director Steve Mirshak. The 27.5 million-gallon facility will be built near the Lincolnway Energy corn-ethanol plant, Mirshak added. "We have some very positive synergies with Lincolnway. We're looking at utility sharing and also rail-siting sharing," he said.
