Quick gratification is a hallmark of searches via mobile

People using their devices for mobile searches appear to be in the mood for quick gratification, rather than being on the go, according to research by Google and Nielsen. The study found that 63% of actions traced back to mobile searches occurred in less than an hour of the search. Among purchase-related actions, more than half came in the form of a call, a visit to a store or a purchase.
