How to create successful online and blended-learning programs

There are four essential components education leaders should consider as they establish online or blended-learning programs, according to experts at a recent International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL) webinar. For starters, organizers first must know and understand their content and goals, and employ teachers who are equipped and qualified to teach online and provide them with adequate support and resources, the experts suggest. Other key considerations include the interoperability and cost of technology and effective planning and communication with stakeholders.
