Greek city prepares downtown for makeover

Despite a recession and austerity, officials of Athens, Greece, have released a plan for downtown that includes the Museum of Contemporary Art, a museum of underwater antiquities and a harbor project called the Cultural Coast. The development is part of Rethink Athens, a revitalization project to bring bike paths, trams, greenery and water to the city.
