New Zealand school takes new approach to recruiting teachers

A grammar school in New Zealand is seeking to recruit more of its top-performing former students as teachers by offering a scholarship. Recipients would receive a free, one-year graduate diploma in teaching. Officials say they decided to offer the scholarship after realizing that many of their best students were choosing to enter other fields.
