Landscape firms turn to propane to lower fuel costs

Landscape companies in Georgia and Missouri are converting lawn equipment and landscaping trucks to propane to avoid the effects of rising fuel prices. "Propane allows you to be able to provide consistent service with a consistent price base with a customer because you lock in a price for propane for 12 months," said Jim Bloodworth, owner of Cutting Edge Landscaping in Georgia.
