Do Facebook users find jobs faster?

Being engaged on Facebook may help job seekers find new positions faster, research suggests. A survey by Moira Burke, a data scientist at Facebook, and Robert Kraut from the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University tracked 3,000 people over three months and found job seekers also were more supported and motivated when engaged with social networking. However, some said they found it stressful when people kept asking, "How's the job search going?"
