Pistole testifies before Congress on allowing small knives

Transportation Security Administration chief John Pistole last week defended the agency's plan to allow small knives and other objects in carry-on bags in testimony before a congressional panel. "These are not things that terrorists are intending to use," Pistole said to a House Homeland Security subcommittee.
